Refund policy
At The Hospice Planner™, each product is created with precision, quality, and the needs of hospice nurses and Directors of Nursing in mind. Because of the specialized nature of our products, our return policy is intentionally limited.
Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
- All digital planners, downloads, and hyperlinked products are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be made on digital items.
Physical Products
- Eligible physical items (planners, accessories, stationery) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging with all contents.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized & Customized Products
- Any personalized, custom, or special-order products are final sale, unless a valid quality control issue or printing error is present.
Printing & Production Variations
- Please note: slight variations may occur in printing, foiling, or finishing. These natural production characteristics do not affect usability and are not considered defects.
Damages & Quality Concerns
- If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
- Depending on the issue, items may be replaced with the same style/product or reprinted.
- In certain cases, we may request the item be returned for review.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.
- Gift cards and digital products are not eligible for refunds.
