Order Cancellation Policy

At The Hospice Planner™, each product, digital or physical is made, prepared, or packaged with care. To maintain the integrity of our production process and digital delivery system, we follow the cancellation guidelines below.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Planners, Downloads, Templates)

All digital products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, we are unable to reverse or revoke access.

Please ensure your device and annotation app are compatible before purchasing.

MADE-TO-ORDER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Notepads, Planners, Desk Pads)

Our physical products are handcrafted or printed made-to-order, please 

allow: 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

For this reason, cancellations are only accepted if:

  • Your order has not started production, and

  • You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, or once production begins, we are unable to cancel the order.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items may be canceled before production begins.

Once production is underway, pre-order cancellations are not permitted.

If a pre-order’s estimated processing time has passed and your item has not shipped, you may request a review for cancellation.

ORDER SHIPPED?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We happily replace items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

We are unable to cancel, refund, or reverse accidental purchases for digital products or orders already in production. Please double check your order details before checking out.

To request a cancellation (within the allowed timeframe), please email:
