Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons (holidays, product launches, or sales), processing times may be longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options (2-Day or Overnight) may be available at an additional cost.
  • International shipping times vary by destination and carrier.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Hospice Planner™ is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Damages or Lost Packages

The Hospice Planner™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
